African American Art Alliance

The African American Art Alliance is dedicated to amplifying and expanding the Museum’s collection of art from the African Diaspora and supporting exhibitions by Black artists. Through programs that foster learning, dialogue and enjoyment, the Alliance aims to strengthen the community’s connection to Black artists and their work.

Its work is guided by the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

To be eligible to join, Alliance members must have an active Milwaukee Art Museum membership at the Family/Dual ($115) level or above.

Alliance membership starts at $125 (Patron level). By giving at higher levels, you deepen your impact and help the group do even more with its mission.
